What are the Terms & Conditions?

Prior to any data uploads to Lytica, the user must accept the Terms and Conditions of Use which define how client data is used and protected by Lytica. The terms hold Lytica accountable for maintaining the confidentiality of all information that the client provides while retaining the right to use the data in aggregate on its database. 

Through acceptance of the terms, clients attest that they have the right to share this information with Lytica and that they have the authority within their company to do so. If you are uncertain as to your authority, consult with your company’s legal department.
