Our platform’s session timeout settings are designed to balance security and convenience for our users. The configuration in Auth0 is set to automatically log users out after 30 minutes of inactivity. This means that if you’re not actively using the platform for 30 minutes, you’ll be logged out and prompted to sign in again for security purposes.

Additionally, our system is designed to invalidate your session if you close your entire web browser, not just an individual tab. This ensures that your account remains secure, even if you accidentally close your browser window.
